UK Journal Sheds Light on the Political Capture of Therapy Training

An article in The Critic, a monthly UK arts and culture journal draws on a recent independent report into the current state of clinical psychology training in the UK and warns its readers about the political capture happening within the mental health professions. It opens with:

‘Aspiring clinical psychologists now routinely undergo training that builds upon the ideas of Critical Race Theory (CRT) to ensure they see themselves and their future patients through the prism of categorised binary societal divisions.
