  • confirm your suitability for membership of the CTA Network.
  • to create specific email contact groups so that you only receive targeted and relevant emails from us.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

  • We keep your personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (including: town/city/region and country of residence; therapy related qualifications; and professional website addresses) for as long as you are actively registered as a subscribed member of the CTA Network.
  • Once your subscription lapses (or if you inform us that you want to terminate your subscription) we will immediately dispose of the information we hold about you. This data is only kept on your entry in the contact page on our email system. Your contact information will be deleted immediately from our email system.
