Background
Critical Therapy Antidote was established in 2020 in response to a growing sense that something within the field of therapy was shifting – often subtly, but with meaningful implications for clinical work.
In educational and professional settings, this has increasingly taken the form of ideological influence that narrows what can be explored, questioned, or openly discussed in clinical work.
Today, the CTA network brings together an international community of over 140 clinicians and trainees already in active dialogue. What began as an effort to make sense of these changes has developed into the CTA Professionals Network.
CTA Professionals Network
For those seeking colleagues aligned with CTA’s ethos, the network can also serve as a point of connection to practitioners committed to open, non-ideological care, as relationships and trust develop within the community.
Unlike public social media spaces, the CTA Professionals Network is hosted on a private, dedicated platform designed for focused, good-faith professional dialogue. Those accepted into the network gain access to a community of like-minded peers, with opportunities for both ongoing discussion and direct, real-time exchange.
Inside the community, members:
- Share clinical reflections and challenges
- Engage in thoughtful, good-faith discussion
- Connect across disciplines and perspectives
The CTA Professionals Network is intentionally private, creating a space where clinicians can speak openly, think freely, and engage without the pressures often present in public-facing environments.
