Background
Our associated network was set up in 2020 and has grown rapidly, and it has a global reach. The network allows members from a range of therapy-related professions to come together, make productive connections and draw on the resources of the wider group.

Membership is offered to individuals who share our concerns about the ideological capture of therapy and who are committed to the same basic principles which inform the CTA enterprise. A year’s subscription is £50.00 (or equivalent in US dollars and other currencies)

A range of opportunities for networking and professional development is offered to network members. These include:

  • Regular talks by distinguished speakers (many of whom have been cancelled in the public sphere),
  • Regular group peer consultation meetings facilitated by the CTA team wherein members can discuss Critical Social Justice related issues arising in clinical practice,
  • Other groups with a particular focus (e.g. student groups) which allow members to draw on support.
  • Support for members who want to develop independent initiatives.
  • Access to the training arm for CTA currently in development. We will be offering webinars and professional development seminars that at discount rates to network members.
